Pandemi Sürecinde Hemşirelerin Koronavirüse Yakalanma Kaygısı ve Sağlıklı Beslenme Tutumları Arasındaki İlişkinin Belirlenmesi

Özet

Bu araştırma, pandemide hemşirelerin sağlıklı beslenmeye ilişkin tutumları ile koronavirüse yakalanma kaygıları ve aralarındaki ilişkiyi belirlemek amacıyla kesitsel ve tanımlayıcı olarak yapılmıştır. Araştırma ülkemizin batısında bulunan bir eğitim ve araştırma hastanesinde çalışan 203 hemşire ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Veriler Haziran-Temmuz 2021 tarihleri arasında, hemşirelerin kişisel özellikleri ile Sağlıklı Beslenmeye İlişkin Tutum Ölçeği ve Yeni Tip Koronavirüse Yakalanma Kaygısı Ölçeği’nden oluşan anket formu ile toplanmıştır. Hemşirelerin yaş ortalamaları 33 olup, %61.6’sı kadın, %56.73’si evli, %51.7’si lisans mezunu, %56.2’si normal kilolu, %52.7’si çocuksuz, %37.4’ü alkol, %46.3’ünün sigara kullandıkları, %30’unun kronik hastalığı olduğu belirlenmiştir. Hemşirelerin %55.7’si klinikte, %88.2’si klinik hemşiresi olarak çalışmakta, çalışma yılı ortalamaları 10.93’tür. Hemşirelerin yaş, cinsiyet, çocuk sayısı, alkol ve sigara kullanma durumu ile Sağlıklı Beslenmeye İlişkin Tutum Ölçeği toplam puan ortalamaları arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark bulunmuştur (p<0.05). Talasemisi olan hemşireler Hemşirelerin Yeni Tip Koronavirüse Yakalanma Kaygısı Ölçeği toplam puan ortalamaları arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark saptanmıştır (p<0.05). Hemşirelerin Sağlıklı Beslenmeye İlişkin Tutum Ölçeği ile Hemşirelerin Yeni Tip Koronavirüse Yakalanma Kaygısı Ölçeği toplam puan ortalamaları arasında pozitif yönde ve istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur (p<0.01, p<0.05). Hemşirelerin sağlıklı beslenme tutumlarının ve koronavirüse yakalanma kaygısının yüksek olduğu söylenebilir.
